LMM200 Black High Speed Non-adhesive Tape for Metals

TherMark has recently developed a non-adhesive tape product for making black marks on metal substrates. This product was designed to offer a delivery system appropriate for high volume inline automation or where wet processing such as spraying is not suitable. LMM200 tape offers reduced cycle time per mark with speeds that surpass even sprayed materials. It also eliminates the drying steps associated with liquid inks. The tape also increases process consistency by ensuring that the correct thickness of material is applied every time.

As the tape is non-adhesive, for high volume applications its recommended application method is a reel to reel system or some other type of machine integration. For more details on process integration click here.
